JOSEPH BEACH

Joseph Beach who died Oct. 18, 1890, was born in Penfield, N. Y., and moved to Saginaw when but nine years of age, and here he has resided the greater part of his time since, with the exception of a few years spent in Chicago, where he was engaged in the clothing business. At one time he was in partnership with A. A. Tripp of the Excelsior Clothing House, in a large clothing store in the Andre Block, which property Mr. Beach formerly owned.

Mr. Beach was a prominent Mason and had attained the thirty-second degree. He leaves a widow and two children, a son and daughter to mourn the loss of a loving husband, a kind and generous father. He numbered his friends by the hundreds, and all feel deeply the loss of one so highly respected as friend, companion and businessman.
